Carl A. Roller has been providing quality legal services to his clients since 2005 when he graduated from Northeastern University School of Law.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including individuals, Fortune 500 corporations and non-profits in a variety of settings, including state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  While he offers a broad range of civil legal services, his practice is focused on Employment disputes.  Carl is an aggressive litigator who fights to zealously protect the rights and interests of his clients.

Prior to returning to Washington, DC, Carl was an associate at Sugarman Rogers Barshak & Cohen PC, a prestigious civil litigation firm in Boston.  His practice areas included Employment Law, Professional Negligence, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Insurance and Reinsurance, and Contracts.  He was an active litigator in the firm's practice, working closely with his clients and regularly appearing in court.  In 2007, he was recognized by his peers as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star for his work defending a professional negligence claim.

While in law school, Carl was a student clerk for the Honorable Nancy Gertner, a federal judge in the District of Massachusetts; a law clerk at Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, a nationally renowned firm specializing in the representation of whistleblowers; and a law clerk for the Legal Counsel to the Massachusetts State Senate.  As a second and third-year law student, he was selected by professors to assist in the instruction of first-year law students in legal writing and research.
